Position Summary:

The Seasonal Weighmaster will oversee and manage the flow of grape trucks during the harvest season. Under the guidance of the Operations Compliance Records Manager, this role involves accurately recording weights and tonnage in compliance with established protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and monitor the movement of grape trucks to and from the crushing facility.
  • Ensure precise and legible recording of weights and tonnage.
  • Weigh additional inbound and outbound truck movements as required.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.


Language and Mathematical Skills:

Strong English language skills are essential for effective communication, both verbally and in writing. Candidates should also be capable of performing basic mathematical calculations.


Other Requirements:
