Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT imaging procedures according to established protocols to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by physicians. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT imaging procedures following established protocols
  • Operate CT scanner to produce high-quality cross-sectional anatomical images
  • Maintain knowledge in radiation protection and safety
  • Prepare and administer contrast media according to hospital policy
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and professional judgment in delivering quality care
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Relevant experience in radiologic technology
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification
  • RT(R)(CT) - Reg Technologist (R) (CT) certification or RT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) certification
  • ARRT - Amer Reg Radiologic Technlgst certification
  • CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
