We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our care team at Autumn Care of Raeford. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to deliver high-quality patient care and provide leadership support to our nursing team.

About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing personalized care plans, and administering nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will also supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess a current, unencumbered LPN license, CPR certification, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel
  • Maintain established standards of practice and policies

Estimated Salary: $32.00 per hour, plus benefits and perks. Shifts needed include day and night shifts. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
