Job Title: Operational Event Management Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Event Management Analyst to join our team at Calvert Systems Engineering Inc. As an Operational Event Management Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise in various critical areas, including systems analysis, systems engineering, and operations assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Conduct technical analyses and assessments
  • Support the National Command Control (NC2) and National Command Communications (NC3) operations
  • Collaborate with NC3 Enterprise Stakeholders to develop and present capability recommendations
  • Support CDRUSSTRATCOM's mission in Strategic Deterrence and NC3 operations

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalence required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must be eligible for SCI, NC2-ESO, NATO, and SAR
  • Minimum of five (5) years in NC2/NC3 operational capabilities and procedures
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with large databases and extracting data into user-friendly formats
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience staffing complex packages and adjudicating content
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
