Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the PCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in handovers, report on patient progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed.
