**Job Description:** Skilled Tradesman - Mechanical

Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a skilled tradesman to join our maintenance team in Fountain Hill.

**Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year (estimated)

This is a skilled trades position that requires a high level of expertise in mechanical and structural maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of tools, materials, and safety precautions commonly employed in this field.

**Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive maintenance for and repair of maintenance and construction equipment, including cutting and welding equipment.
• Drives trucks of various sizes to haul gravel, cement, brush, or other materials.
• Inspects finished job for proper operation of item and conformance to accepted standards.

**Requirements:

• Education equivalent to completion of 12th grade.
• 2-3 years' experience in equipment and facility maintenance or repair work.
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license issued by the Commonwealth of PA.
