About the Role

PLANTA Restaurants is seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics across various platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting in-house photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to all stages of the creative process, from concept to execution.
  • Design engaging graphics for various marketing materials, including menus, signage, event collateral, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and develop creative concepts that align with PLANTA's brand messaging.
  • Research and present current design trends.
  • Assist in executing in-house photoshoots, contributing to both photo and video work.
  • Demonstrate a passion for brand building with a strong understanding of maintaining and evolving design systems.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking while efficiently handling smaller creative tasks.
  • Independent project management skills with the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and maintain clear communication.
  • Embody PLANTA's can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.
  • Basic skills in photography and videography.
  • Deadline-driven and impeccably organized.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the marketing, culinary, operations, and leadership teams.
