- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies

- Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy team members, customers, and management
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred
- 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
