Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Georgia-Pacific. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, production staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including maintenance, production, and reliability leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
