Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Georgia-Pacific. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, production staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including maintenance, production, and reliability leadership

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
