The selected candidate will be tasked with:
- Conducting thorough data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing profitability.
- Developing and implementing tools for effective monitoring and reporting of financial information.
- Creating detailed costing and pricing models tailored for products and clientele.
- Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost drivers.
- Analyzing data trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Formulating robust financial models, and reviewing bids, contracts, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA is preferred, and a CPA designation is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial data analysis tools, such as business intelligence software.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing FP&A analysis is essential.
- Willingness to travel domestically to various manufacturing locations (20-25%).
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $120k - $140k base, plus bonus opportunities. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with four days in the office and one day working remotely.
