The Fashion Associate - Part Time will be responsible for promoting Eddie Bauer's brand and products by creating an engaging customer experience. This role requires a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

**Responsibilities**

• Engage with customers to create an amazing shopping experience
• Achieve sales goals by executing the company's selling strategy
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean and organized store

**Requirements**

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)

**Work Environment**
