About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Hhoteldubai. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our hotel, including menu planning, program execution, and staff management and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and coordinate the culinary function, ensuring that all food preparation and production meets operational standards.
• Direct and train cooks and utility workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Manage catering and retail areas, ensuring that all events and services are executed to the highest standards.
• Focus on customer and client satisfaction, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and culinary experiences.
• Manage food and physical safety programs, ensuring that all protocols are in place to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage food and labor costs, ensuring that all financial management is in line with hotel standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on customer satisfaction, food quality, and team management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
