Technicians are responsible for providing an excellent service experience by accurately diagnosing and repairing units, capturing product information, and maintaining a clean work environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Repairing units safely, correctly, and efficiently
  • Accurately documenting work performed to each unit on the work order
  • Capturing product information for filing warranty claims
  • Cleaning repaired units for delivery
  • Referencing parts via computer and retrieving parts from storage
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

We require the following qualifications:

  • No certification required
  • Ability to read and write the English language
  • Ability to use a computer for parts lookup
  • Previous experience working on 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines preferred

This role offers a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes medical insurance after 90 days of employment and a 401(k) plan with company match.
