Position Overview
The role involves conducting training sessions that align with established performance standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating product training and performance support within designated GM dealerships.
- Creating and managing training schedules to meet dealer requirements while collaborating with regional teams on strategic priorities.
- Leading special training initiatives and managing large group sessions as necessary.
- Organizing launch training events as needed.
- Engaging in continuous product study and competitive analysis.
- Submitting schedules, attendance records, activity summaries, and expense reports in accordance with performance expectations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sector or related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle technology, light-duty truck fundamentals, trailering, and infotainment systems.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong skills in facilitation, presentation, and coaching.
- Effective organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly PowerPoint.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
