  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, adhering to current industry best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more.
  • Foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, using various modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and family systems) to tailor treatment plans to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide seamless and holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on current research and advances in the field, participating in ongoing professional development activities, including supervised training and continuing education.

Requirements:

  • LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • Solid knowledge and expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and collaborate with treatment teams.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients and their families.
