Responsibilities:
  • Assist with medication administration and ensure accurate documentation
  • Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan, promoting independence and dignity
  • Participate in community activities, events, and outings, encouraging residents to attend
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
