Machinist I

At Sargent Aerospace & Defense, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Machinist I to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

• This entry-level position provides training necessary to become a Honing and Lapping Technician in the Match Fit Department.
• The Machinist I will support operational excellence in machining processes to drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Sargent team to exceed organizational goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics.
• BASIC understanding of technical drawings, work instructions.
• BASIC understanding of measuring & inspection.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
