At Coastal Waste and Recycling, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Collection Driver Helper to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist the driver in the collection and transportation of waste materials, ensuring that waste is properly sorted and loaded into the collection vehicle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the driver in the collection of waste and recyclable materials from residential, commercial, and industrial sites
  • Ensuring waste is properly sorted and loaded into the collection vehicle
  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT requirements
