We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Service Manager to join our QGR Jiffy Lube team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective leadership and team management.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards in the industry, working efficiently and professionally while maintaining a fun work environment.

You will also be responsible for helping the team evaluate customers' needs, leading the service center to increased customer counts, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Additionally, you will interact with employees and customers in a professional and positive manner, train and coach team members to become productive members of the team.

Estimated Salary: $61,100 per year (base pay) + up to $38,400 per month (potential bonus pay), totaling up to $111,500 per year (total potential earnings)
