About the Role:
This senior-level position involves managing CAD teams and ensuring accurate and efficient designs using Revit software. You will oversee the development of detailed construction documentation, perform BIM coordination, and maintain proficiency in Revit software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CAD teams and ensure accurate and efficient designs using Revit software.
- Oversight of detailed construction documentation development.
- Perform BIM coordination to integrate design information into Revit models.
- Follow established BIM standards, guidelines, and templates for consistency and quality.
- Regularly update Revit models to reflect design changes, revisions, or as-built conditions.
- Manage model organization and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with project management staff, subcontractors, owners, and other trades.
- Maintain proficiency in Revit software and stay updated with the latest features and advancements in BIM technology.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to BIM and Revit.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems and components.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Degree or training in architecture, engineering, or a related field, or 1 year of work-related experience and proficiency in Revit.
- Understanding of construction practices.
Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
