Responsibilities
- Lubricate and service mobile equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan
- Take and send oil samples for analysis and maintenance
- Inspect vehicles to identify safety defects and make minor repairs during preventative maintenance
- Provide general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe facility
- Requisition parts and supplies as needed
- Keep accurate records and reports of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of mobile equipment and lubrication points
- Basic math skills and computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to manipulate hand and power tools
- Ability to read and write, as well as understand manuals and safety procedures
