We are seeking a skilled Suspension Assembler to join our team at Fox Factory. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing after-market suspension packages, active exhaust systems, and other products.

• Assemble and install suspension components, including off-road suspension systems and performance handling suspension systems.
• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• No experience required, but 1+ year of prior experience working with 4x4's suspension/lifts preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
