Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly as they enter the bar area.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized on a daily basis.
  • Guide patrons through their beverage selections with detailed menu descriptions.
  • Accurately take orders and confirm any special requests.
  • Exhibit mastery of the bar, enhancing guest interactions with knowledgeable insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen/bar personnel.
  • Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

  • Manage the requisition and inventory of all alcoholic beverages.

  • Prepare, garnish, and serve beverages according to standard recipes while practicing portion control.
  • Process orders using the point of sale system and generate checks for guests.
  • Secure all beverages, food items, and equipment, handling cash drops and bank deposits responsibly.
