This role is within the HR technology group for a large client, spearheading the implementation of Oracle HCM from PeopleSoft. The team handles all Core HR functionality, including employee self-service, manager self-service, HR business partner support tools, and HR help desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure security settings and troubleshoot security-related issues, including access, authentication issues, and security permissions.
- Partner with others on SOX audit compliance.
