Senior Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregiver to provide support and care to clients in their homes. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, while also providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with household chores such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Monitor and document any changes in clients' health or behavior.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients' families and healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
