Responsibilities
Prominently greet guests, promptly take orders, and follow up to ensure exceptional customer service. Refill drinks and clear dishes at appropriate times. Perform other responsibilities like cleaning and presetting tables, stocking, and practicing superior cash handling standards when collecting payments. Rectify guest complaints, and promptly notify management of these situations. Behave in a professional manner and follow uniform guidelines.
