Role Overview

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in California. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric care to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics and telemedicine.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in mental health care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in California.
  • PMHNP certification.
  • At least one year of experience as an independent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
