Produce Associate

As a Produce Associate at Greers Market, you will play a vital role in maintaining a full, fresh, and clean produce department. Your responsibilities will include assisting the produce manager with tasks such as filling, culling, and rotating produce. You will also be responsible for wrapping, packaging, cutting, and general preparation of produce. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will work closely with the produce manager and other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filling and rotating produce to ensure optimal freshness and presentation
• Assisting the produce manager with tasks such as culling and packaging produce
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a grocery or produce environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
