Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC Machines: Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and minor repairs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes and machine settings.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and experience with CNC programming languages.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
