As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide nursing functions, including perineal care, catheter care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Prepare residents for meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as needed
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and treat residents with kindness, dignity, and respect
  • Perform delegated independent nursing functions, using established procedures and policies
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nationally approved Nursing program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
