Aesthetician/Laser Technician

At ChromePMS, we're seeking a skilled Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our team. As a key member of our med-spa and health practice, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and providing top-notch customer service.

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments with attention to detail and follow-up care.
• Meet service and retail goals, promoting monthly treatment and retail specials.
• Communicate detailed knowledge and understanding of all services and products to clients.
• Maintain a sanitized, stocked, and pristine treatment room, adhering to all practice guidelines.
• Properly use and protect all esthetic equipment, attending vendor training and functions as needed.
• Perform all treatments within the scope of Georgia state license, ensuring continuing education and adherence to practice guidelines.
• Ensure consents are signed prior to treatment and after care information is provided, following up with patients 48 hours post-treatment.
• Assist with inventory management, including retail, back bar, and consumables, and maintain organization of all areas used in aesthetics.
• Consistently take before and after photos and accurately document each patient visit.
• Utilize professional verbal and written communication skills with clients and other staff, assisting with general office and common area upkeep.
• Share feedback and participate in weekly touch base meetings, utilizing social media responsibly to help generate business.
• Refer patients to other team members offering other services, demonstrating a team player attitude and accepting additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of aesthetic services and products.
• Vast knowledge of skincare brands and services, including Cartessa Virtue RF, Cartessa Physique VI Peel, Chemical Peels, Red and Blue Light Microneedling, TOPIX Skin Care, Ultherapy, and more.
• Provides quality services, educates, and sells home care products, maintaining positive working relations with co-workers.
• Time management skills, detail-oriented with above-average organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills.
• High attention to detail, highly motivated, and maintain HIPPA compliance.
• Understand and interpret policies and regulations, documenting each patient visit within 8 hours.

• Georgia Aesthetics License and Assistant Laser Practitioner License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of previous experience working in a med-spa, with an existing clientelle.
