We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide safe and effective patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.

• Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
• 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise
• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
