Job SummaryThe Director of Quality Assurance will be responsible for formulating and developing program designs, policies, and procedures that align with customer requirements and industry specifications. This role will also involve leading the Quality Assurance Team, tackling product quality issues effectively and promptly, and managing the department budget efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Lead the Quality Assurance Team and provide guidance and support
- Manage the department budget and ensure efficient use of resources
- Oversee internal audits, corrective actions, and management reviews
- Develop and maintain a robust Business Management System
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of five years of quality assurance experience in the aerospace industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make independent judgments and decisions
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP Quality Management Systems
PTI Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $112,500 - $187,500, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and unlimited paid time off.
