Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Ashland, MA. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year.

The successful candidate will develop financial models, analyze financial performance, and prepare financial reporting packages.

  • Develop financial models and perform variance analysis to improve business decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and develop financial highlights.
  • Partner with business leadership to develop short- and long-range forecasts.
About the Position

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our team and contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 4-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The preferred candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
