Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Management Coordinator to join our team at Clark Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Client Insurance Program and providing superior service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client insurance programs using agency management software.
  • Process documents necessary for client renewal, including generating surveys, preparing loss summaries, and initiating premium finance requests.
  • Prepare proposals for renewal terms, issue certificates of insurance, and deliver policies to clients.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, create requests for changes to client coverages, and process policy audits and monthly reports.
Teamwork
  • Function as a team member to ensure excellent service to all clients.
  • Perform tasks assigned as part of the Agency Standard Service Plan, attend meetings with the Risk Management Team, and manage client use of certificate program.
  • Treat clients, prospects, and company employees with courtesy and respect, contribute to a team approach toward meeting goals, and provide excellent client service.
Technical Expertise
  • Demonstrate technical expertise to assist in maintaining client insurance programs.
  • Complete Kaplan Pictorials, obtain insurance designations, verify accuracy of endorsements, and comprehend insurance contract requirements.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and clients as needed, become proficient in premium analysis software, and participate in position rotation.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • P&C License within 12 weeks of hire.
  • 12-18 months insurance industry experience or comparable customer service experience required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
