Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Magnolia, Delaware.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our adult patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to explore your passions and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote client independence and well-being.
• Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes and participate in multidisciplinary care planning as needed.
• Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities to promote client health and safety.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art touch pad tablets.

• A current Delaware Physical Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
• Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
