Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team at Walmart. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move merchandise and supplies throughout the facility, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move merchandise and supplies throughout the facility, following company safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the warehouse, stockroom, and sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Assist with club pick up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including maintaining safety of the facility, reporting unsafe situations, and participating in inventory control and shrink reduction efforts.
Requirements
  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service, Retail Experience, Supervising a team.
