Air Pros Dallas Plumbing, LLC is actively seeking a Senior HVAC Installation Specialist to enhance our growing team.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior HVAC Installation Specialist, you will be tasked with visiting residential and commercial properties, interpreting technical drawings, adhering to regulations, and installing a diverse range of HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include the installation of heating, cooling, air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, and diagnose HVAC equipment, while also being an effective communicator and problem solver.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
  • Proficient in installing, removing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems
  • Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems
  • Experience in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, including warranty services
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and possess a strong understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles
  • Participate in ongoing technical training
  • Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
  • Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of boiler systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor while interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Possess necessary tools for the job
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
