Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to our community's children and their families
- Conduct well visits and sick care in the patient's home, as well as virtual care through text messages, phone calls, and video visits
- Participate in our rotating 24/7 evening, weekend, and holiday call schedule
- Help us grow, develop, and innovate in order to deliver our unique model of care
