This position is well-suited for individuals who have spearheaded global transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations and possess experience in supply chain transformation efforts.

The Change COE is on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Transformation Leadership. The Change Partner will oversee a suite of Change initiatives within the Supply Chain sector of the organization.

This role also entails monitoring the progress of change programs of low to medium complexity, ensuring alignment and integration with essential stakeholders, leading discussions on change intake, and contributing to the development of Change capabilities.

The Change Partner may also be assigned to change initiatives within their area of focus. This position will report to the Senior Director – Change COE Lead within the Global People function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Adoption through a Unified Approach to Change
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Change and its role in supporting McDonald's overarching strategy and objectives
  • Collaborate with functional business partners to intake, define, and deliver Change support requests aligned with functional and market needs
  • Advise and coach functional leaders on critical Change Management decisions (e.g., strategy, execution, and evaluation) to ensure alignment with McDonald's Change methodology
  • Facilitate the implementation of Change utilizing McDonald's Change framework, methodology, and resources
  • Partner to conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments, identifying potential project impacts and risks
  • Work with stakeholders to collect and integrate feedback on value realization metrics such as KPI development and measurement
  • Lead or participate in change management projects as necessary
  • Leverage the expertise of Center of Excellence partners for specialized knowledge
  • Understand business priorities and translate them into impactful Change programs
  • Provide change management training and development as required on Change practices
  • Develop and Mentor Team Members
  • Act as a coach and mentor to nurture junior team members and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the COE
  • Provide clarity for the team to comprehend the broader context of McDonald's strategy
  • Support the Growth of Change Knowledge across the Organization
  • Gain insights into the Change Framework and assist in training partners, practitioners, and business leaders
  • Contribute to the documentation of requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs with both internal and external partners.
  • Proactively identify influential partners and methods to inspire Change initiatives on specific projects.
