Customer Service Team Lead

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers by leading and coaching a team of customer service specialists. Your primary goal will be to build and retain customer relationships, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
* Directly supervising the daily operational activities of a team of customer service specialists
* Supporting the building and developing of an effective and high-performance team
* Maintaining daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports
* Analyzing department results and identifying areas for improvement
* Troubleshooting operational problems and providing guidance to direct reports for resolution
* Serving as a point of escalation for transactions requiring advance expertise or discernment
Requirements:
* 4 years of experience in a call center environment
* Bilingual English/Spanish (not required)
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
* Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
