We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

About the Role

Under the direction of the Radiologist and a Preceptor, you will perform CT radiologic procedures, requiring independent judgment and initiative to perform CT procedures and appropriate protocols for diagnosis. You will also be responsible for designated areas or procedures as required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CT radiologic procedures, including Interventional Radiology procedures with CT guidance
  • Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required
  • Obtain ARRT(CT) credential within 12 months of starting this role and then transition to the appropriate CT Tech job description/role
  • Work under the supervision of a credentialed CT or experienced CT technologist registered in another primary modality, to obtain the necessary experience to perform the exams required for ARRT CT registry
  • May be required to work shifts at freestanding ER with remote support of CT technologist
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or Graduate of a Technical School
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (RT)
  • Florida State Licensure CRT
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert
