**Job Title:** Janitorial Supervisor

**Job Description Summary:**

The Janitorial Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. They carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable State and Federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the overall activities of a project(s), and supervise the project crew.
• Coordinate services activities for assigned buildings, ensuring that services are performed as contracted and meet the customer specifications.
• Maintain/monitor work schedules of all shift personnel, including the preparation and submission of weekly payroll time sheets.
• Establish/maintain work performance standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and general use of equipment, including key controls.
• Resolve on-site service delivery problems.
• Participate in ongoing management/technical skills development training programs, including safety and safety site committees.
• Conduct orientation of new employees, and develop employees' skills/abilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Motivated individual and proactive.
• Background check required.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
