Seeking an experienced CNC Milling and/or Lathe Operator to join our team at Avers Machine. As a TMA Member company, we value precision and quality in our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Mills or Lathes with precision and accuracy
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve production goals
- Inspect and verify conformance to specifications, with a strong focus on high-quality output
- Change tools in the machine and recalibrate new tools to produce parts per print
Requirements
- CNC operating experience and a strong understanding of machine settings
- Mastery of setting up fixtures, tooling, vices, and clamps
- Ability to operate machines running complex and high-tolerance components
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated, and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and/or Spanish and Polish is a plus
