We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to oversee unique projects in collaboration with external partners, including Sales Representative Agencies, Key Clients, and Specifiers (which encompass Lighting Designers, Architects, Engineers, and professional Interior Designers). This role is crucial in ensuring the successful fulfillment of orders and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and coordinate activities across various internal departments, including Engineering, Order Management Systems (OMS), Quotations, Production, and Distribution.
- Proactively manage customer projects, ensuring accurate quotes are generated and orders are shipped according to specifications.
- Utilize professional judgment to offer discounts, prioritize orders for Production and Distribution, and serve as a knowledgeable resource on all Elemental LED products.
- Assess customer needs and propose alternative solutions when necessary, guiding customers in making informed decisions.
- Foster collaboration among departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize errors in order processing.

Qualifications:
