IT Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee their IT applications and drive technological advancement and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • ERP Administration: Administer and support our ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Applications Management: Manage and maintain IT applications, implementing and monitoring security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure technology solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage service delivery.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and expenditures, monitoring and reporting on budget performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's goals and objectives, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in project management, Salesforce administration, and ERP system management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management, with a strong understanding of network and server architecture, database management, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
