Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our team at Hansils Bar & Grill in the Southwest Bergen County area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a bartender, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. They will be able to lift 20-pound boxes and stand for an 8-9 hour shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with customers, taking orders, serving food, and preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to each customer, and maintaining a safe environment by identifying potential problem clients and other issues that may arise in the bar
• Keeping the bar area clean in accordance with company guidelines, and in compliance with food and beverage rules and regulations
• Maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout the night, and completing a final drawer tally at the end of the shift

Benefits include a regular shift payment, plus tips. The position is part-time, with a standardized work schedule of Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm until 1:00 am, and Friday from 6:00 pm until 2:00 am. Candidates should reside within a 20-mile radius of the Oakland/Wayne area.
