Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Labor and Delivery position.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications, monitor patients, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
  • ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and NRP certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
