About the Delivery Associate Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Associate to join our team at Aspire Logistics Group LLC. As a Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering packages to customers in the Middlesex, NJ area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a vehicle to deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work independently to manage your delivery route and ensure that all packages are delivered to the correct customers.
  • Interact with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the delivery service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve delivery goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a basic understanding of apps and email.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 packages per shift.
  • Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
Shifts:

The position is part-time to full-time, starting 2 days a week and can increase up to 4-5 days a week based on demand and performance.
