The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Marketing Liaison to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement marketing outreach plans to promote new patients and projects.
  • Assist with special events and attend networking events as assigned.
  • Provide in-house facility coverage as needed.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute rehabilitation facility or sales background in a healthcare capacity.
  • Experience with insurance and sub-acute guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, event planning, and public relations skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
